Flatbread with fries

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 flatbread(s)
  • 500 g oven-baked French fries
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 200 g herb quark (tzatziki)
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 50 g lamb’s lettuce
  • Seasoning mix for fries (alternatively salt and paprika powder)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Bake the fries in the oven according to the package instructions, turning occasionally. Wash the lamb’s lettuce thoroughly and then dry it. Slice the cucumber and dice the feta cheese. Place the flatbread on a rack in the oven with the fries for about 2-3 minutes. Quarter the flatbread and cut open on the side to create a pocket. Remove the fries from the oven and place them in a bowl, season with fries seasoning or salt and paprika. Spread tzatziki on the inside of the flatbread, fill with the remaining ingredients, and serve.
