Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 plums, dark
- e.g. cinnamon
- e.g. chili powder
- 15 g light mozzarella
- 4 slices of bacon
- 10 ml oil for frying

Halve and pit the washed plums. Sprinkle cinnamon and chili powder on each half, if desired. Place a small piece of mozzarella on each plum half. Wrap the bacon around the plums, ensuring the ends are on top of the mozzarella. Heat oil in a pan and fry the plums, first on the mozzarella side. Then reduce the heat considerably and fry the plums slowly on both sides. Arrange on a platter, garnish, and serve. 235 kcal per serving.
