Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 bananas
- 8 slices of cooked ham
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel and halve the bananas. Fry them in a pan with hot oil. Remove from the pan and wrap each banana piece in a slice of ham. Fry again in the same pan. Serve with curry rice.
