Quick potato noodle pan

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of potato dumplings
  • 100 g bacon, diced
  • 1 onion(s)
  • some herb butter
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley
  • possibly butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Fry the potato dumplings in a pan until golden brown (add a little butter if desired). Meanwhile, in another pan, fry the bacon and finely diced onion. When both are (almost) ready, stir everything together in the pan, avoiding adding too much herb butter (otherwise it will be too greasy). Season with salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with parsley before serving. Of course, you can also make this dish a bit healthier by adding some vegetables, such as bell peppers or similar.
