Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 8 cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 200 ml cooking cream, 12%
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp stock powder
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. chili powder
  • 2 tbsp oil for frying
  • basil for garnishing

Brown the gnocchi in a pan with 1 tablespoon of oil until crispy on all sides. Meanwhile, clean the vegetables and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Remove the gnocchi from the pan and set aside. Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté the vegetables. After about 3 minutes, add the tomato paste and sizzle for another 2 minutes. Deglaze with the cooking cream and add the stock powder. Season with salt, pepper, and chili. Pour the paprika-cream vegetables over the gnocchi and serve hot. Garnish with basil. Tip: Meat lovers can add chicken, but this dish also tastes great without meat. Serve with a crisp salad. 530 kcal per serving.
