Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 onion(s), finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
- some olive oil
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp, leveled paprika powder
- 1 tsp, levelled sugar
- 1 can of tomatoes, peeled
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- Rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 ml cream
- Thyme, finely chopped
- Basil, finely chopped

delicious sauce for pasta
Sauté the diced onion and finely chopped garlic in olive oil, but do not brown them! Add the tomato paste, paprika, and sugar and fry briefly. Transfer a small can of tomatoes to a mixing bowl, puree with a hand blender, add the tomatoes, and bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper, a few herbs, and a dash of cream. Reduce heat to low until the sauce thickens.
