  • 1 pack of Schupfnudeln, vegan
  • 300 ml tomatoes, pureed
  • ½ pack of minced meat substitute
  • 400 g vegetables of your choice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Prepare the potato dumplings according to the instructions. Sauté the minced meat and vegetables in a pan and cook until cooked through. Add the passata and season. Serve with the potato dumplings on a plate.
