- 1 pack of Schupfnudeln, vegan
- 300 ml tomatoes, pureed
- ½ pack of minced meat substitute
- 400 g vegetables of your choice
- salt and pepper

Prepare the potato dumplings according to the instructions. Sauté the minced meat and vegetables in a pan and cook until cooked through. Add the passata and season. Serve with the potato dumplings on a plate.
