Knack & Back – Baguettes à la Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 package of baguette(s) (from Knack & Back)
  • 1 bunch of spring onions, cut into fine rings
  • 200 g cooked ham, finely diced
  • 1 cup sour cream or crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

It’s quick and tastes great

Remove the baguettes from the package and spread them out on a baking sheet like flatbreads (do not roll them up!). Mix the ham, spring onions, sour cream, and seasonings, adding a little milk if the sour cream is too thick (but it shouldn’t be runny!). Spread this mixture on the baguettes. Bake as directed on the baguette package! Very tasty, very quick, and also great as finger food for guests—then cut the baguettes into smaller pieces!
