Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 12 slices of toast
- ¼ liter whipped cream
- 400 g ham or salami
- e.g. pepper(s), red, green, yellow
- 200 g cheese, Emmental
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Whip the cream, chop the garlic, and finely chop the ham and bell peppers. Mix everything with the cheese and season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread this mixture on the toast and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
