  • 300 g quark, not low-fat quark
  • 200 g semolina
  • poppy
  • Honey
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 25 minutes

Roman cuisine

Combine the quark and semolina, let it sit for a few hours, and then form into balls. Fry in a pan with olive oil. Drizzle with honey and poppy seeds and serve. It tastes best warm.
