Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 16 mushrooms
  • 250 g flour
  • 100 ml cream
  • 300 g breadcrumbs
  • 3 eggs
  • Frying fat or oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

A very quick but extremely tasty dish!

Clean the mushrooms thoroughly. Combine the eggs, cream, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Dust the mushrooms well with flour until they are completely white. Dip them gently into the egg mixture, then coat them in breadcrumbs. Heat the frying fat or oil thoroughly and fry the mushrooms until golden brown. This goes particularly well with tzatziki or arugula salad.
