Tarte flambée with smoked salmon

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 portion of tarte flambée dough, approx. 230 g, refrigerated shelf
  • 150 g sour cream
  • some nutmeg, freshly grated
  • some pepper, freshly ground
  • 100 g cheese in one piece
  • 1 onion(s)
  • n. B. spring onions, approx. 1 – 2
  • 125 g smoked salmon
  • n. B. Salt

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Preheat the oven to 230°C (top/bottom heat). Roll out the tarte flambée dough on a baking sheet using baking paper and spread with the sour cream, leaving a small border all around. Grate a little nutmeg over the sour cream and grind a little pepper over it. Grate 100g of cheese, finely slice the onion, and thinly slice 1-2 spring onions. Spread everything over the sour cream. Bake on the lowest rack in a hot oven for about 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. Tear the smoked salmon into pieces, place it on the tarte flambée, and heat briefly in the oven.
