Grate a little nutmeg over the sour cream and grind a little pepper over it. Grate 100g of cheese, finely slice the onion, and thinly slice 1-2 spring onions. Spread everything over the sour cream. Bake on the lowest rack in a hot oven for about 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. Tear the smoked salmon into pieces, place it on the tarte flambée, and heat briefly in the oven.
