Original tuna pâtés from Spain

Chop the garlic and onion. Fry in a pan with a little hot oil until golden brown. Then add the diced bell pepper and chopped tuna. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Season the filling with salt and pepper to taste. Take a square piece of puff pastry, add some of the filling (about 1-2 tablespoons), and fold the dough into a triangle. Press the edges together firmly with a fork. Bake in the oven at 170°C for about 20 minutes. This filling makes enough for 12 pies.
