Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g whole wheat pasta
- 200 g vegetables (carrots, cauliflower, broccoli) fresh or frozen
- 10 half olives
- ¼ pack of feta cheese
- 1 shot of tomato puree, to taste
- ½ can tuna
- 1 handful of arugula
- Thyme
- basil
- chili powder
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cottage cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Bring water for the pasta to a boil with salt. Once boiling, add the pasta. Thaw the frozen vegetables in the pan (with a splash of olive oil or similar). Finely chop the feta and add it to the pan, followed by the olives and tuna. Add the tomato sauce, cottage cheese, and seasoning (vary to taste depending on your desired consistency). Bring everything to a boil and garnish with arugula. When the pasta is ready, serve everything together.
