Pasta salad with a difference

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 5 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 eggs, hard boiled
  • mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Maggi

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta. Peel the spring onions and slice them into small rings. Dice the cherry tomatoes and finely chop the cooked ham. Dice the hard-boiled eggs. Mix everything with the pasta and drained corn, and add the mayonnaise. Season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika, and Maggi. All quantities can be adjusted to taste. Tastes delicious, especially in summer.
