Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 dumplings, leftovers from the day before
- 2 slice(s) salami (pepper salami)
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 2 tomatoes, dried, in oil
- 5 cocktail tomatoes
- e.g. Parmesan
- e.g. parsley
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ½ tsp mustard
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Make a vinaigrette with vinegar, mustard, oil, salt, and pepper. Dice the dumplings, slice the spring onions, and mix with the sauce. Chop the salami and sun-dried tomatoes and add them. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the salad. Stir in shaved Parmesan and chopped parsley, if desired. Let the salad marinate for at least an hour.
