Mug cake with chocolate and peanut butter

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp chocolate, 90%, chopped
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp crunchy peanut butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 4 minutes

in just a few minutes to a super simple mug cake

Whisk the milk and egg in the mug. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt and mix well until everything forms a smooth paste. Lightly crush the peanut butter in a separate bowl and stir this into the mug. Finally, add the chocolate to the batter and stir. I always add a little chocolate to the batter at the end, which I don’t stir again. Now place the mug (it must be microwave-safe) in the microwave at 700 watts for 2.5 minutes. The time can vary depending on the mug. You can eat the cake straight from the mug, or, like me, turn it out onto a plate and drizzle with some strawberry sauce.
