Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 eggs, separated
  • 100 ml milk
  • 40 ml rum
  • 100 g sugar
  • 40 g butter
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 80 g breadcrumbs
  • 50 g almonds, chopped
  • 50 g ground almonds
  • 12 tbsp chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the egg yolks with the milk, rum, sugar, butter, and cocoa powder. Gradually add the breadcrumbs and almonds (nuts). Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and stir them into the batter along with the chocolate flakes. Is the batter too stiff? Add a little more milk. Pour the batter into a heatproof glass bowl and microwave on level 4 for about 10 minutes, covered. The glass bowl should have a diameter of 23 cm. These instructions are based on a 750-watt microwave.
