Alsatian tarte flambée with goat's cheese

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of dough (tarte flambée dough)
  • 1 cup goat’s cheese, approx. 150 – 200 g
  • 150 g ham, diced
  • 2 spring onions, cut into rolls
  • 1 pack of goat’s cheese roll, cut into thin wheels
  • Pepper, from the mill
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Fast, delicious and exquisite when friends call in at short notice and you don’t have much time

Roll out the finished tarte flambée dough on a baking sheet. Spread the goat’s cheese evenly over the dough. Arrange the ham and leek rolls, then arrange the goat’s cheese wheels on top and season with freshly ground pepper and nutmeg. Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for approximately 10-15 minutes. The spread of the cream cheese should not dry out too much on the tarte flambée dough. Federweißer or a new wine pairs perfectly with this dish.
