Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g flour
  • 150 g cheese, grated
  • 150 g diced ham
  • 3 onions, chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • possibly caraway seeds to taste
  • possibly paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

simple and delicious

Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. Combine the cream, sour cream, and eggs in a small bowl, season well, and add to the dry ingredients. Cover the bowl and shake well. If desired, you can also season with paprika. Then place the whole thing in a greased dish (I use a silicone dish) and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
