Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 30 g flour
  • 30 g sugar
  • 10 g ground almonds
  • 20 g butter, liquid
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 5 tsp natural yogurt
  • some vanilla flavor
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 6 minutes

with almonds and chocolate, really delicious

Mix the flour, sugar, ground almonds, and butter in a bowl with a whisk. Add the baking powder and yogurt and continue stirring. Stir in the vanilla extract until well blended, then add the chocolate chips, stirring gently. Pour the batter into a mug or small muffin tin. Microwave on high for about 1 minute. Test the cake with a toothpick to see if it’s done; if no batter sticks to the toothpick after inserting it, it’s done. Eat the cake with a spoon, preferably while still warm.
