Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 6 slice(s) puff pastry, frozen (rectangular)
  • 200 g minced meat
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 2 small eggs
  • n. B. Salt
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • some water, for brushing

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

can also be filled with herb cream cheese or similar

Thaw the puff pastry sheets. Finely chop the onion and separate the eggs. Combine the minced meat with the onion and egg yolks, and season with salt and pepper if desired. Cut the puff pastry sheets in half to form squares and brush with water. Place about a tablespoon of minced meat in the center of the sheet, fold the puff pastry over into a triangle, and press the edges together. Finally, brush the corners with egg white. Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
