Braised goulash Mos style

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g beef goulash
  • 100 g bush beans
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • ½ bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 250 ml red wine, dry
  • some salt and pepper
  • some paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

Dice the beef and peel, trim, and finely chop the vegetables. Brown the meat well on all sides in a pan, then transfer it to a pot. Brown the vegetables well in the pan, add the tomato paste, and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Deglaze with the red wine. Add the meat to the pot and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. The goulash should now simmer over low heat for about 60-90 minutes, until the meat is nicely tender.
