Chocolate cupcakes with walnuts

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 30 g walnuts, ground
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 7 tbsp flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

Own creation

Combine the sugar, flour, cocoa, and walnuts in a bowl and mix. Add the eggs and oil and mix well. Fill three microwave-safe cups halfway with the batter. Microwave for 3.5 minutes at 850-800 watts.
