Microwave mug cakes

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp pudding powder (vanilla pudding powder)
  • 1 bar of chocolate (Yogurette)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

several variants

First, prepare the basic batter. Mix all the dry ingredients together, then add the liquid ingredients. Mix everything together and make sure there are no lumps. For different variations, add the desired ingredients (e.g., chocolate cake: 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder, vanilla cake: pudding powder, and Yogurette cake: crushed Yogurette chocolate). Of course, the basic batter can be expanded as desired, but it tastes good without adding any ingredients. Care must be taken to increase the liquid if necessary. Once everything is mixed, pour the batter into a tall mug or other microwave-safe container and bake the mug cake on the highest setting for about 2 minutes. However, there can be differences here too, as it always depends on personal taste; some prefer it softer, others prefer it baked through. It is then eaten warm, straight from the mug.
