Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 tbsp flour (also tastes good with whole wheat and spelt flour)
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 egg(s), beaten, 2 tbsp of it (no more!)
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • some vanilla or rum flavoring

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a large mug (the mug must be microwave-safe) and mix well (you can add chocolate chips if you like) until you have a smooth, sticky dough. Then set the microwave to 600 watts, insert the mug, and leave it in for about 2.5 minutes (not too long, or it will be too hard for some people; you want it to be moist). Once it’s ready, let it cool slightly. You can also pour melted chocolate over it at the end! Caution: It’s addictive!
