Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 500 g mushrooms
- 500 g pasta
- salt water
- salt and pepper
- 200 g herb cream cheese
- Thyme
- butter
- possibly sauce thickener, lighter
- 1 cup of cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water as usual. Meanwhile, clean and wash the spring onions and mushrooms, and cut them into rings or slices. Melt the butter and sizzle with the spring onions and mushrooms. Stir in the cream cheese and cream and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season to taste and thicken with a sauce thickener, if desired. Serve with the pasta.
