Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Peel the onion and garlic, then chop finely. Clean the bell peppers and cut into 1 cm pieces. Cut the salami and ham into approximately 1 cm pieces. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Pound the schnitzels if necessary. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Brown them in a pan on both sides. Add the onion and bell pepper pieces and the garlic and brown them as well. Add the peeled tomatoes and chop them slightly. Pour in a little water and simmer until you have a smooth sauce. Add the salami, ham, and olives. After 5 minutes, season with oregano. Place the schnitzels on plates in the bed of spaghetti, cover with sauce, and serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese. I like to serve it with ciabatta.
