Smoked salmon and feta dip

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 100 ml sweet cream
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • e.g. chili

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely dice the feta cheese and place it in a bowl. Then add the cream and sour cream. Chop the smoked salmon slightly and add it. Finally, add pepper and chili to taste. Purée everything with a hand blender. Tastes great with fresh bread or as a dip. It’s a bit heavy, but it’s worth it.
