Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 16 shrimp(s), not too small
- 2 tbsp fruit vinegar
- 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp malt extract from Mumme
- salt and pepper
- ¼ tsp curry
- ½ tsp mustard
- 1 garlic clove(s), squeezed
- ½ lemon(s), grated zest and juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
The shrimps are marinated in mum.
Peel and devein the shrimp. Mix all other ingredients into a marinade and marinate the shrimp for about 1 hour. Remove the shrimp from the sauce and fry briefly. Add the marinade and season with lemon juice. Tips: The sauce can also be used as a salad dressing. Instead of curry, you can also season with garam masala or ginger.
