Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g scampi
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 3 leaves of lavender
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- 200 ml fish stock
- ½ stalk(s) baguette(s)

Quick, easy, delicious – lightning fast meal!
Heat olive oil in a pan. Add sliced garlic and sauté briefly. Rinse the scampi, pat dry, and add to the garlic, stirring to combine for 3-4 minutes. Stir in the chopped lavender leaves and sauté briefly. Top up with liquid, add lemon juice, and simmer for another 4 minutes over low heat. Divide between two bowls and serve with the baguette.
