- 50 g Parmesan, freshly grated

- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Meatballs with Parmesan cheese
Preheat the oven to 180°C (top and bottom heat). Mix the ground beef with the Parmesan cheese, season well with salt and pepper, and form into small balls. Roll the balls in breadcrumbs and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes until browned. This dish goes perfectly with fresh bread, baked potatoes, or pasta with tomato sauce.
