Coconut-hazelnut-chocolate dessert

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 ml coconut milk
  • 50 ml milk
  • ½ tsp agar-agar
  • 10 g nut butter (hazelnut butter)
  • 20 g chocolate (e.g. milk chocolate)

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 8 minutes

quick to prepare

Combine coconut milk and milk in a saucepan. Add agar-agar to the cold liquid and whisk well. Bring to a boil while stirring, then simmer for two minutes, stirring continuously. Turn off the heat. Melt the hazelnut butter and chocolate in the hot coconut milk. Pour into bowls while still hot. Let cool slightly, then refrigerate for about three hours before serving.
