Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 350 g apples
  • 50 g sugar
  • 250 ml apple juice
  • 125 ml white wine
  • 1 pkt. pudding powder, vanilla

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash, peel and dice the apples, cook briefly in the liquid, then thicken with the mixed pudding powder.
