Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 small chicken breast fillets
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 ½ tomatoes
- 1 bag of rice
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
- curry powder
- n. B. Paprika powder, sweet
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Briefly rinse the chicken breast fillet, bell peppers, and tomatoes under running water, then chop them separately on plates. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Brown the meat all over and season. Add the bell peppers and cook for about 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes and their juices and season again with salt and pepper. Sauté for 4-5 minutes, then add the cooked rice and stir in. Season to taste with salt and curry powder.
