Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced turkey
  • 4 tbsp couscous
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp ajvar
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • some salt and pepper
  • 150 ml water

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

oriental variant with minced turkey

First, blanch the couscous in approximately 150 ml of boiling water and let it swell. Mix the turkey with the soaked, cooled couscous and all the other ingredients. If you like it spicier, add more ajvar. Shape the minced meat and fry it in a pan. Serve with bell peppers in a tomato sauce with rice, bulgur, or couscous.
