Teriyaki noodle pan with salmon

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 250 g broccoli, frozen
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 250 g salmon
  • 40 ml marinade (teriyaki)
  • some sauce, sweet and sour, Asian
  • Spice mix (Asian seven)
  • Peanut oil or sesame oil
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until tender and drain. Heat oil in a pan. Meanwhile, season the salmon with the spice mix. Then fry the salmon for about 15 minutes, turning frequently. Dice the onion and fry briefly in the wok. Once translucent, add the broccoli and simmer, adding a little water if necessary. Once the broccoli is tender, add the cooked noodles. Season to taste with the teriyaki marinade and sweet and sour sauce.
