Crab – zucchini – spring onion sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g crab (frozen)
  • 2 m.-large zucchini, cut into small strips
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 bunch spring onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 cup of cream
  • some rosemary
  • some thyme
  • 2 chili peppers, dried
  • salt and pepper
  • some olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Sauté the crab with chopped garlic in a little hot olive oil until the liquid from the frozen crab has evaporated. Then add the zucchini, cut into small strips, and the finely chopped spring onions and sauté (the zucchini shouldn’t get mushy!). Deglaze with the cream and add the chilies, spices, and herbs. Let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes. Serve with noodles of your choice.
