Shrimp and spinach fusilli

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g fusilli
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 small chili peppers
  • 500 g shrimp(s)
  • olive oil
  • 750 g spinach, frozen
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 tube(s) shrimp paste
  • 1 cup of cream, 200 ml
  • 50 g Parmesan, grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta al dente according to the package instructions. Slice the garlic and chili peppers into thin strips and sauté them with the shrimp in olive oil. Meanwhile, heat the spinach in a pan and add the cream cheese, butter, shrimp paste, cream, and Parmesan cheese, and heat through. Then stir in the shrimp, garlic, and chili peppers, and season with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta and then toss everything together in the pasta pot. Tip: Fresh tomatoes and Parmesan cheese go well with this.
