Turkey meatballs

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced turkey
  • 1 roll
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 3 bags of spice mix for minced meat, 7 g each, e.g. from Hela
  • some parsley, approx. 1 – 2 tbsp
  • 1 egg(s), size L
  • e.g. breadcrumbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Soak the bread roll in water. Meanwhile, peel the onion and dice it into small pieces. Wash the parsley and pat it dry with some kitchen paper. Chop it finely. Squeeze the water out of the soaked bread roll and knead it into a dough with all the other ingredients except the breadcrumbs. If the mixture is too wet, add about 1-2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs. The mixture should only be slightly moist. Heat a pan with a little oil over medium heat. Once the pan is hot, form about 6 meatballs from the mixture and fry them slowly on both sides. Serve hot or cold after frying. I like to eat it with fresh bread and mustard.
