Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg lamb, e.g. from the leg or shoulder
- 500 g bacon, preferably raw
- 25 g sea salt
- 7 g white pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 pinches of cumin
- 2 pinches of cinnamon
- ½ tsp, sautéed rosemary, dried, chopped
- 2 tsp, heaped parsley, fresh, chopped
- Pork intestine or lamb intestine
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour
Mince the meat and bacon. Mix everything with the remaining ingredients and fill them into casings using a sausage maker or a suitable meat grinder attachment. Delicious raw or boiled.
