Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg lamb, e.g. from the leg or shoulder
  • 500 g bacon, preferably raw
  • 25 g sea salt
  • 7 g white pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 pinches of cumin
  • 2 pinches of cinnamon
  • ½ tsp, sautéed rosemary, dried, chopped
  • 2 tsp, heaped parsley, fresh, chopped
  • Pork intestine or lamb intestine

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

Mince the meat and bacon. Mix everything with the remaining ingredients and fill them into casings using a sausage maker or a suitable meat grinder attachment. Delicious raw or boiled.
