Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 ml salad cream (Miracel Whip)
- 30 g curry powder
- 300 g Gouda in one piece
- 250 g pineapple pieces, from the can
- 600 g tortellini, dried
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes
Pour the Miracle Whip into a bowl, stir in the curry, diced Gouda, and pineapple chunks and juice. Cook the tortellini, let them cool thoroughly, and then stir them into the sauce. Let it sit in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
