Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 large potatoes
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Parmesan, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Wash the potatoes, peel if desired, and cut into strips. Place the sliced ​​potatoes in a large bowl and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Season generously with salt and pepper. Mix everything well. Place the potatoes in the oven for about 30-40 minutes, until crispy. Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic cloves and place them in a large bowl. Add the cooked fries to the bowl with the garlic. Then add some grated Parmesan cheese. Mix everything well and serve hot.
