Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g farfalle (butterfly pasta)
- ½ bunch celery
- 5 spring onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 400 g cocktail tomatoes
- ½ lemon(s), juice
- 1 pack of feta cheese with herbs
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and drain. Wash and trim the celery and cut into very small cubes. Wash and finely dice the tomatoes and spring onions. Crush the garlic and add to the salad. Season with salt and pepper. Add the lemon juice. Cut the feta into small cubes and scatter over the salad. Mix in olive oil to taste. Mix thoroughly, season to taste, and let stand for 30 minutes.
