Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 200 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 300 g flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 50 ml milk
- 400 g pumpkin flesh
- 200 g block chocolate
- 24 caramel candies, soft
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
makes about 24 muffins
Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add the softened butter. Stir in the flour and baking powder. Grate the pumpkin and add it. Chop the chocolate into fairly small pieces and stir in. Add a little milk to soften the batter. Divide the mixture between 24 muffin cups (I prefer them a little smaller). Press a soft caramel candy into the center of each muffin. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25-30 minutes on the middle rack until golden brown. Note: Pumpkin, chocolate, and caramel are individual ingredients. You can omit them, substitute them, or use more or less of them.
