Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g cane sugar
- 230 g flour
- 150 g ground almonds or hazelnuts
- 300 g zucchini, finely grated
- 3 eggs
- 180 ml oil
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Transfer to a springform pan and bake at 160 degrees Celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit) for 30 minutes. Cover with chocolate glaze. This cake will delight even those who don’t eat zucchini.
