Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 5 garlic cloves
- Salt
- pepper
- Garlic granules
- olive oil
- Sunflower oil
- Paprika powder

made easy and quick
Preheat the oven (200°C fan/convection oven). Cut the potatoes into small cubes and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Peel and dice the garlic cloves and distribute them evenly over the potatoes. (If you like, you can also distribute whole cloves over the potatoes, but then use several.) Pour plenty of sunflower oil over the potatoes so that they all “shine.” Then drizzle with a splash of olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and the garlic. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes and enjoy. Goes great with fish and meat.
