Pasta salad with arugula, tomatoes and tuna

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta shells
  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • 4 m.-sized tomatoes
  • 30 g arugula
  • 250 ml tartar sauce
  • 4 tbsp Parmesan
  • 150 ml milk
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 37 minutes

Cook the croissants according to the instructions. Cut the tuna, tomatoes, and arugula into small pieces and add them to the cooled croissants along with the remaining ingredients, mixing well. This salad pairs perfectly with grilled or breaded dishes.
