Cake with pumpkin, applesauce, and vanilla pudding filling in a glass

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 g butter, soft
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 225 ml milk
  • 100 g raisins
  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 1 jar applesauce
  • 1 jar compote (pumpkin compote)
  • 1 pack of vanilla pudding

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 55 minutes

Cream the softened butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix all the other ingredients except the applesauce, pumpkin compote and vanilla pudding powder into a dough. Spread the dough on a baking tray. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 35 minutes. Allow to cool. Purée the pumpkin compote until coarse or fine, if desired. Add to the applesauce in a bowl and mix well. Prepare the vanilla pudding according to the package instructions. Cut out circles from the cake using a glass. Fill the dessert glasses as follows: cake, applesauce and pumpkin compote, vanilla pudding. Repeat as often as you like until the glasses are full.
