Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small onion(s), chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 500 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 100 g carrot(s), peeled, sliced
  • 2 dl cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Vegetarian

Sauté the onion, mushrooms, and carrots in olive oil, add the cream, and simmer until creamy. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with polenta, pasta, or rice.
